This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Responsibilities
  • As a Physician (Public Health), you will: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex public health research, surveillance, and epidemiological studies to address priority health issues. Provide expert medical and scientific consultation on public health programs, policies, and initiatives to support evidence-based decision-making. Develop and evaluate public health strategies, research projects, and program activities to improve health outcomes and advance agency objectives. Supervise and develop professional staff, establish performance expectations, and ensure effective execution of program goals and organizational priorities.
Education
